A. Basic provisions defining areas of cooperation chieftains divisional Cossack societies and priests, spiritual care of troop and divisional Cossack society

Представленный ниже перечень положений дает возможность логически реализовать в казачьей среде важный принцип формирования казачьего сообщества: «казак без Веры – не казак», в основе которого лежат традиционные отечественные ценности. Принимая Присягу на Святом Евангелии, перед Святым Распятием Спасителя, казак не может не знать Веры своих предков, которая всегда составляла основу его личной жизни и его общественного служения. Являясь главой своего рода, казак обязан прививать православные традиции в своем семейном кругу – «малой церкви», тем самым приобщая молодое поколение к традиционной отечественной культуре, чтобы впоследствии он мог с честью произнести девиз благочестивого российского казачества: «Слава Богу, что мы казаки!»

Two. Common approaches to the development directions of the spiritual and educational work in the Cossack societies

 

The purpose of the interaction: creation of conditions for realization of tasks among the Cossack organization of the interaction of Cossack Communities in the Parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as mechanisms for forming a space of spiritual and moral culture in the Cossack units and settlements

The subject of the interaction: spiritual, moral, civic, patriotic and family education among members of Cossack society and the population of the Cossack settlements, based on the Orthodox cultural and historical traditions of the Fatherland

The content of the main activities:

- The formation of regulatory interaction of the Cossack community and parish of the Russian Orthodox Church;

- The formation of partnerships;

- The formation of the organizational structure of the spiritual and educational work environment in a Cossack;

- Preparation of the Orthodox-oriented assets, including from among professionals in education and culture;

- Development and implementation of a program of spiritual and educational activities

Expected results:

- Implementation of a Cossack community, the fundamental principle of the life of the Cossack, "Faith without a Cossack - Cossack is not" through the practice of churching Cossack society members and their families;

- Development and implementation of a program of spiritual and educational activities of various partners in the Cossack units and settlements;

- Expansion of the social partners in the spiritual, moral, civic and patriotic education, and family environment in a Cossack;

- Expanding the range of forms of spiritual care of the Cossack community;

- Creation of information-analytical base of experience spiritual, moral, civic and patriotic and family education in the Cossack settlement;

- To involve young people in the Cossack Orthodox spiritual values ​​and domestic cultural and historical traditions of the Cossacks

Base evaluation criterion:

- The presence of the regulatory framework governing the interactions of the Cossack communities and parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church (contract, agreement, plan, program, project, etc.);

- The number of members of the Cossack community, regularly attend services (in% to the total number);

- The number of marriages (in% of the total number of marriages);

- The number of baptisms (in% of the total number of children ever born);

- The number of members of the Cossack community, regularly performing the sacrament of Confession and Holy Communion (in% to the total number);

- The presence of the regulatory framework for the design and implementation of programs of spiritual and moral, civic and patriotic education, and family of Cossack youth;

- The number of students in the Cossack settlements reached by the Orthodox-oriented subjects (in% to the total number);

- The number of young Cossack, covered by different forms of spiritual-educational work with the Orthodox-oriented focus (the number of forms and% coverage of young Cossack settlements to the total number);

- The number of joint (Cossack community and parish) events;

- Availability of information to ensure participants in the process of interaction (at the level of the Cossack settlements, Cossack army at the level of society / the diocese, the results reflected in the media and the Internet);

- The presence of an external evaluation (letters of thanks, a charity promotion, assignment of honorary degrees, etc.);

- The presence of an executive body which carries out the coordination and planning;

- The presence of Orthodox children / youth, women, Cossack organizations (guards, union, society, committee, etc.);

1.Данные рекомендации разработаны в процессе обобщения опыта работы отдельских казачьих обществ, включенных в реестр войсковых казачьих обществ Российской Федерации, по взаимодействию с приходами Русской Православной Церкви, представленной в отчетных материалах по запросу Синодального комитета по взаимодействию с казачеством по итогам проведенной работы за 2009 год и первое полугодие 2010 года.

Two. The presented algorithms can be supplemented and modified in accordance with the level of work in the Cossack settlement on the issue.

Three. The presented algorithms can be used as a basis for drawing up work plans for the organization and development of interaction divisional Cossack societies and spiritual care of the Russian Orthodox Church.

4. These algorithms can serve as the basis of the criteria for the assessment of the interaction of Cossack Communities and the Russian Orthodox Church.
