1. written petitions of two Cossacks of the Village of Cossack society, having in his term of not less than two years, not counting the probationary period;
2. questionnaire-application for a license Cossack prescribed form;
3. copies of documents confirming the information provided by the candidate in the application form;
4. two 3x4 cm photos;
5. other documents, if required by the charter of the Village of Cossack society.

STAGE 2

Stanichno Cossack society:

1. of the presented candidate completes a personal thing, you need to take into account data on a member of the Cossack community;
2. appoint the candidate probationary period, during which one:

• participates on the same basis in the activities of the Village of Cossack society, without voting rights and election or appointment to senior positions;
• examining the statute the Village of Cossack society and regulations regarding the Russian Cossacks.

3. shall fix the date of admission to the Village of Cossack society members during the general meeting of the Village of Cossack society.

Conduct of general meeting to receive new members.

1. The solemn gathering of members of the Cossack societies.
2. Blessing the Village priest Cossack society.
3. The voting for membership in the Village of Cossack society for each candidate separately.
4. Completion of the general meeting of a religious ceremony conducted by the Village priest Cossack society.

1. Results of voting for membership in the Village of Cossack society or refusal to accept the decision made out of the general meeting, and approved by order of the Village Ataman of the Cossack community. Copies of the decision of general meeting and the order of the Village Ataman Cossack society are transmitted to the headquarters of the district (yurt) or county (divisional) Cossack society (hereinafter referred to staff).
2. Headquarters upon receipt referred to in paragraph 9 documents for admission to the Cossack Cossack society draws identity and passes the Village Ataman Cossack society, which is within 30 calendar days of presenting his newly adopted Cossack, unless otherwise provided by statute.
3. The newly adopted member of the Cossack society takes the form of a standard and examines the rules of wearing it.
